As an artist, highly appreciating traditions of Russian classical art, I am so happy to learn that in our hard times there are people ready to revive this elite almost forgotten in Russia art of calligraphy.

I would like to express my cordial thanks to the organizers of the first International Exhibition of Calligraphy for their courage, nobility of the idea, and patriotism. Realization of the project demonstrates the important role of Russia as a highly educated country with the great culture, as a country where people appreciate such concepts as innovation, arts patronage and spirituality.
